
Refund Policy

We strive to provide a powerful, intelligent, and intuitive development experience. Because of the nature of DreamFlow’s AI-generated outputs and digital delivery, our general policy is that all payments are final and non-refundable.
General Refund Policy
All fees and payments for DreamFlow subscriptions, AI usage, or any other service or product associated with DreamFlow are non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to:
• Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or otherwise)
• AI usage credits or limits
• One-time purchases or upgrades
• Unused time in your subscription term
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund or credit for any unused time or services.
Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are not guaranteed, we want our users to have a great experience. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service or product due to a system error.
• Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly billed due to a technical or administrative mistake.
• Non-Delivery: If you were unable to access the service due to a verified platform issue and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unauthorized Purchase: If a purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent and is reported promptly.
• Account Mix-Ups: If you purchased a plan on the wrong account and have not used the service under that account.
To request a refund in one of the above scenarios, please contact our support team at [dreamflow@flutterflow.io] within 7 days of the charge. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary but typically take 5–10 business days.
Token Credit Consideration
In cases where refund requests involve AI usage tokens or credit-based errors, our priority is to ensure that you can continue building without interruption. When appropriate, we may offer token reimbursements or restore access as an alternative to traditional refunds, especially if the issue prevents forward progress in your project.
No Guarantee of Refund
Approval of any refund request is at the sole discretion of DreamFlow. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. DreamFlow reserves the right to deny refund requests if:
• The service was accessed or used after purchase
• The refund request falls outside the scope of the exceptional circumstances listed above
• The request appears to be fraudulent or abusive
